GENTING ROADTRIP!!!

There's gonna be a road trip to Genting's on the 19th August 2007 (Sunday). It's a one day...heck, it's just one AFTERNOON, trip. Hehe. Here's how it goes...

Well, was thinking since we haven't been out together in such a long time so I thought, "Hey, what say we go to Gentings for a trip together!" Then I gave myself a pat on the back for being such a genius.

For those of you who don't know about it, I've been shortlisted to be one of Elianto's First Ambassador finalists and the pre-voting before the finale will be in Genting on the 19th August 2007. It will be from 2pm - 4pm at First World Hotel, Universal Walkway.

I havent got a reply about entrance fees but most likely it'll cost you RM0.00. It would be great to have your support and warmth up there. =D

If you really can't make it for Genting, no sweat, the finale is on the 7th September 2007 (Friday) at Sg. Wang Plaza from 7pm - 9pm.

If you're a music fan, then you shouldn't miss out on Junk's latest musical series, Impulse, whch brings in eclectic music acts from Malaysia and across the SEA region. The first of the quarterly series has Indon's hottest indie band, Goodnight Electric play alongside Malaysia's Nightlife Camera and Transient Vortex, with a visual show provided by Perezoldskool.

There will be a visit this coming Friday by Ms. Long, Mr. Kam, Mr. Leong and Ms. Pang to Cyberjaya! As much as we don't have a red carpet (God forbid that one of us do), we would like to welcome them back with loving arms and say, LUNCH? :D (no, you're paying for your own lunch.)

For those around (sorry for those who can't make it. Don't worry, you're still in our hearts), hope you can join.

For the incoming gang, you know where to find us. If not, Ms. Long, you can start putting your new mobile phone to good use. ;)

it's been wayy too long

heys..

as some of you may know very well, my internship isn't exactly going all that well. just feeling pretty unmotivated and lousy most of the time.. it's like, i already know i'm not that good in this field, and i guess internship is just highlighting that fact even more. it's terrible to not be able to fulfill requirements and satisfy superiors. you get the feeling that these big words ' I SUCK' are stamped on your forehead.

much as i complain about my boss and work and all, perhaps the underlying issue is just that i'm totally not made for this industry. of which i already know. it just goes to confirm it.

my work's bad. welcome to the real world. where you realize that uni taught you nothing to help you survive, where you find that the design process doesn't matter and effort won't help you score. it's all about results. and must be damn good results at that.

at least it is so where i am.

or so it seems to me.

i miss you guys. all of you. the late nights staying up to complete work doesn't appeal as much anymore cause there ain't nobody to call out for a drink at 3am when you're all lonely and frust. and of course, there ain't so many people to call on for help in desperate situations. (thanks dawg. i owe you big time. and dennis for offering)

well. that's me from my little world, i.e. my bedroom which has a connecting toilet, so i like, do everything here.

visit me sometime? there's space in this shell for a few more people.

Hope ya'll are taking in the internship well. :) How's the bosses? Colleagues? Hope no one is being sexually assaulted/molested yeah. :P

Really missing you guys/gals here. The late night McDs, mamaks, crazy night activities (no, not that one) and etc. etc. well at least, my diet is not suffering from the late night toxins. David n i are doing Cyber-P and Basic Economics, Management and Accounting. Hmm not really loving it and hoping that next sem's FA3 subject doesn't get scrapped.

On another count, I'm starting to talk to myself and it scares me haha.

Just a lil update from my side since I can't meet up with all of you frequently. Well, this is my 3rd official week of working and I must say, working is really starting to extract the youth out of me. Heck, I even have a zit smack in the middle of my left cheek now. Girls, any tips for saving that??? *pouts*

Work is piling up and everyday, there seems to be new tasks. But hey, new tasks means new challenges right? My XboX and Heroes marathon days are gone with the wind to Africa where the cheetahs are running wild...ok let's not go there.

Anyway, work is work, play is play. And no, there are no cute guys in my office. Even if there were, they're either taken or they come up to me and show me their cute baby daughter's photo. Sheesh man...haha!
